Annexation, Zoning and Sign applications are reviewed and processed by the Director of BDS.
Most temporary signs may be approved administratively, but permanent signs must receive approval from the
Zoning & Planning Commission.
Annexation and zoning applications must receive approval from both the
Zoning & Planning Commission and the
City Council.
