The City of Lakeway is currently holding property that is presumed abandoned or unclaimed subject to Title VI, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code.

The City of Lakeway publishes the names of those individuals/entities for which the City of Lakeway is holding unclaimed property valued at $100 or less.

Any person possessing a legal or beneficial interest in the reported property may obtain additional information by contacting the Finance Department at 512.314.7512. In addition to the specified proof of owndership, a completed claim form will be necessary to establish the owner's right to receive property.
